Terms of Service

Last updated: 4 September 2026

These terms govern use of the Caspian ERP website and application. By creating an organization, accepting an invitation or otherwise using the service, you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

The service is provided by CaspianTools, Bursa, Türkiye ("we", "us"). Where a signed agreement exists between us and your organization, that agreement takes precedence over these terms.

1. Accounts and organizations

  • An account belongs to one person. Do not share credentials.
  • Data in Caspian ERP belongs to the organization it was created in. Its owners and administrators control membership, roles and permissions.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for the access you grant to others.
  • Keep your credentials secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

2. Acceptable use

You may not:

  • Use the service unlawfully, or to store or transmit unlawful, harmful or infringing material.
  • Attempt to access data belonging to another organization, or to circumvent the permission model.
  • Probe, scan or load-test the service without our written permission (responsible security disclosures to security@caspianerp.com are welcome).
  • Resell, sublicense or white-label the service without our agreement.
  • Interfere with other customers' use of the service.

We may suspend access that puts the service, its data or other customers at risk, and will tell you why.

3. Trials, fees and payment

  • Free trials are provided as-is and may be changed or ended at our discretion.
  • Paid plans are charged per active member, in advance, for the agreed period.
  • Fees exclude taxes, which are added where applicable.
  • Late payment may result in suspension after notice. A suspended organization becomes read-only for its members until the account is settled.
  • Prices published on this site may change; a change never affects a period you have already paid for.

4. Your data

  • You keep all rights in the data your organization puts into Caspian ERP.
  • You grant us the limited licence needed to host, process, back up and display that data in order to provide the service.
  • You can export your lists to CSV at any time, and may request a full export of your organization's records before closure.
  • Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Availability and changes

We work to keep Caspian ERP available and improve it continuously. Features may be added, changed or retired; we will not remove a material capability your organization depends on without reasonable notice. The service is delivered over the internet, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation unless a separate service-level agreement says otherwise.

6. Intellectual property

The service, its software, design and documentation remain ours. These terms grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription — not a licence to the underlying software.

7. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's non-public information with at least reasonable care and use it only to perform under these terms.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without implied warranties. Caspian ERP supports your management systems — it does not replace your legal duties for health, safety, tax, employment or reporting, and decisions taken on the basis of information in the service remain yours.

Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or goodwill. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees paid by your organization in that period. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Term and termination

  • Either party may decline to renew at the end of a subscription period.
  • Either party may terminate for material breach that is not cured within 30 days of notice.
  • On termination, access ends and your data is deleted after a reasonable retention window — export what you need first.

10. General

These terms are the entire agreement between us on this subject, unless a signed agreement says otherwise. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stands. We may assign these terms as part of a merger or sale of the business. The governing law and courts are those stated in your organization's agreement with us, or, absent one, the laws of Türkiye and the courts of Bursa.
